Shipments and Returns

Your Order Shipment

 

We are able to ship to the UK mainland via our courier service Interlink Express, and to outlying regions via Royal Mail Special Delivery.    For International orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For or Air Sure service.   For countries close to the UK delivery can be as quick as 3 days, and 10 days is typical for further destinations.   UPS shipping is possible by arrangement, please contact for quotations.

 

For most packages we are able to supply tracking numbers.   For international shipments this will typically only confirm that the parcel has left the UK, but the tracking number may work in your local postal service's website.   If you do need the tracking number please email, but please also allow time for a delivery to have been attempted.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to your delivery address. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

 

Returns

 

We follow distance selling regulations; therefore there is a grace period of seven working days for products to be returned. Please contact us to tell us that you wish to return the products you have bought. You have a responsibility for the condition of the goods and returns must be received by us in "as new" condition therefore we recommend using sufficient packaging to protect them on their journey.

 

In addition to your your statutory rights under distance selling legislation we also allow goods to be returned up to 30 days from dispatch, subject to a 25% handling charge. Refunds are only possible on products returned within 30 days. You have a responsibility for the condition of the goods and returns must be received by us in "as new" condition therefore we recommend using sufficient packaging to protect them on their journey.

 

If you are unsure if the product you are about to order is suitable for your application then do please ask first - you can always email for pre-sales advice.

 

All products have a one year return to base warranty. Faulty products are very rare so please contact us first to ensure that it does require to be returned. From experience, most problems are due to changes in configuration or the TV button being pressed on the Sky remote. It would also be advisable to check our technical section for a possible solution to any problems.

 

If you experience problems outside the warranty period, please get in touch. Our products are normally very reliable; therefore, we still want to hear from you.
